i'd stay closer to LAX...

Liked: good location nice parking underground or above
Disliked: Dingy for a hampton inn, stayed for the Hampton Inn experience, but one one elevator worked, luggage cart had bad wheels, hard to get our luggage to the room

Not satisfactory and not worth...

Liked: Breakfast was good and stay was okay
Disliked: Cleaniness was not there. Dirty glasses. Construction was happening there on the property without any safety measures

Would not stay again

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Elevators were down for almost 2 nights, was promised a reimbursement for a night however the General Manager did not follow through. Attempted to fix the issue through booking.com, kept getting disconnected. Issue was not resolved

Location was good, however the...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Could have been more pet friendly as there are no spots for my dog to go to the bathroom outside the hotel. The staff was extremely rude and did not give me my room at the right check in time. The breakfast items weren’t renewed often as they ran out.

Hampton can do better with...

Liked: The proximity to LAX was fantastic The room was nice and clean. But the path to the room was less desirable.
Disliked: The elevator smells and not functioning efficiently. The entrance lobby is not appealing and does not appear to be clean and well-lit. Giving this particular Hampton a less desirable environment.
