Kids and Alarms

Liked: Closeness to town. Breakfast is fairly good. Pool and hot tub are nice.
Disliked: We were there for peace and quiet. Children yelling up and down hall. At 10pm all alarms are going. As disabled it was difficult to stand outside and wait to find out that a lithium battery started a fire in a room. No compensation for total loss of nights sleep.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Coffee set up was great. Juices were not watered down, breakfast was great, all staff was helpful and friendly.Area felt safe, dog area was clean, room was spotless other than for a permanent water stain in the bathtub.
Disliked: Booking.com didn’t disclose the true costs involved with the stay. The add states pet friendly. It is but at a cost of $75. Also the tax on the room seemed higher than normal. There needs to be some disclosure for pets and taxes which would of been disclosed if dealing direct with the hotel.

Just OK. The oatmeal was...

Liked: WiFi was not easy to get, requires a membership to the hotels chain. I don’t think that’s right for the consumer to find out after they are in their room. However, I’m certain that if you stated this before customers reserved a room you would have fewer customers. So we felt ripped-off.
Disliked: No free wifi!!
