Disliked: Room wasn’t the best considering they are part of the Hilton group. Bathrooms was dirty as well. Not much breakfast options for Muslim families. Right next to the road as well so it was a bit noisy.

Liked: Staff were brilliant and very helpful, good location for a stay in Docklands with good access to transport.
Disliked: Parking, couldn’t prebooked and with a disabled wife that is quite important for us; also cheaper to park through Moxy

Liked: The location is perfect for visiting the O². The room was a good size for 3 of us (youngest, 11). The shower is lovely, the beds are comfy, and we all slept well. I was under the impression that parking is free and first come, first served, but it wasn't. It's £15 per night, which is fine for 1 night, but cohld get pretty pricey, I'd staying longer (there may be a deal for longer

Excellent accessible rooms for wheelchair...

Liked: Quite often when you book an accessible room you arrive to find that the room is not as accessible as it claims to be, here was not the case. Room was plenty big enough for me to get around in my chair and transfer safely onto the bed. The bathroom was an actual wet room with plenty of space for transferring onto the shower chair, sturdy grab rails and multiple emergency cords in case of falls. Reception has a lowered desk for checking in/ordering at the bar, lifts were a good size and staff were very accommodating at breakfast and just genuinely accommodating to my needs. Will definitely stay here again as a wheelchair user.
Disliked: Nothing, we had a great stay.
