Good hotel, clean, decent breakfast...

Liked: Good location for the event we were going to, lots of parking available and cheaper parking than elsewhere.Good selection at breakfast, however it wasn't handled so well when things got busy. Reception staff were really kind on arrival and also very helpful, our room was missing a hairdryer which they resolved straight away.
Disliked: The breakfast on one of the days wasn’t great, it got busy so they ran out of food and there was no cutlery. This would've been okay but the staff were quite rude to guests who were queuing for food and were told it was their fault as they came down late (this was 40 minutes before breakfast finished). Room was as expected for the price. We stayed for 2 nights so we weren’t expecting the cleaner to come in during our stay, meaning we had left things out. On return to the room on the first day we found that some things had been thrown away that we had left on the bed which they must have mistaken for rubbish. We wouldn’t have left things out if we had known cleaners were coming by.On our day of departure the cleaners entered the room at around 9am (checkout is at 12) which we weren’t expecting and we were still in bed, it was definitely a bit of a shock! We thought it was unusual that the cleaners didn’t wait until after we had departed to come into the room. They then came again at 11:40 when we were still in the room.It may be good if the hotel staff made guests aware that the cleaners come in every day, as we were a bit shocked to be awoken by cleaners entering the room so early and for some of our things to have been thrown away mistakenly.

Liked: Was a nice hotel, good facilities and comfortable room which was a good value for money and accommodating
Disliked: The breakfast let the place down, we got there at 9:30 and was told there is nothing left and will have to wait 10 minutes for more to come out. After 10 minutes in food immediately ran out so all we had was toast and eggs! It was also extremely chaotic with too many people queuing and pushing. Otherwise would have been a great stay

Liked: Breakfast is really good.Shower is pleasent.Reception is comfy.Staff are nice and friendly.
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress is not comfortable.Hair conditioner was empty.

Liked: Room was clean and facilities were pleasant
Disliked: Our tv in our room didn’t work and despite calling reception the issue wasn’t resolved and we were left the whole duration with our stay with no tv to watch which was frustrating. Breakfast was poor they couldn’t hope with the busy amount of guests
