Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean, quiet, big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, good breakfast, not in the center but accessible by train. We had a good experience while staying at the hotel.

Extremely unpleasant

Liked: Location of the breakfast is essentially a small room, with no more than a couple different things to eat besides the typical English breakfast, and you actually have to wait for others to get food and sit down before you get your own food, due to how small the space is.
Disliked: Essentially everything. The male receptionist gave me wrong information about what to do around the hotel and about the restaurant that is 1 min walk away from the hotel. The employees will pass by you in the lobby and corridor and completely ignore you (a good morning is always warming). The bed had public airs on it when we arrived, the carpet and both chairs were old and dirty, and we found a dirty sock next to one of the chairs that did not belong to us. The only thing that met the expectations was the fitness center. It's nothing special, but it will do the work. You can actually have a full workout there. All of the rest, is completely unacceptable for a 1 star hotel, imagine a 3 star hotel.
