Liked: Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean, bright and comfortable.
Disliked: Quite an expensive stay.

Disliked: Parking was not secure, car was broken into and glass smashed

Disliked: Staff could be more friendly and welcoming, the restaurant wasn’t good at all. Lack of staff and food was cold as well as taking an hour to come out to the table.

Overall very comfortable and practical...

Liked: Room was very good as usual. Breakfast was very good, but there were too many staff hovering in the way - they could be more discrete and observational.
Disliked: I had a foot injury so went to get a coffee in my socks as my shoes were hurting, I was told to put my shoes on. The staff member could have been a little more polite. I noticed another client in the lift had slippers provided. Maybe I should have asked for them. Anyway, minor irritation. Staff are normally more chatty in Hiltons I have stayed in elsewhere. I felt a bit like a number.
