Liked: the staff were excellent and helpful. The lady at breakfast was great. she made sure Every thing was clean and greeted us each morning
Disliked: I would have preferred a room with the king bed which was what I had originally reserved. it wasn't ready when I arrived for check-in. so we ended up with 2 beds. made the best of it

Disliked: My CC was charged numerous times. Not only could the funds be put back on my card for 7-14 days I had to still find a way to pay for the next night... My CC was locked due my card being swiped by the front desk agent several times. There was no compassion. I was told I had an hour to clear the room if I didn't have the funds available at that time. I couldn't believe there was no way to resolve the matter another way... my family came and paid for that night for me. Things do happen however a little kindness and possible a little help could go a long way. I said I'd never stay there again. Love the place however anything could happen and there not open to helping people in emergency or matters beyond there control.
