Liked: The location is perfect, there are restaurants nearby and easy access to Gastonia, Charlotte and South Carolina.
Disliked: The only complaint I had was that the toilet was very low to the ground.

Charm

Liked: The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and my room was clean. While I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, it did smell great.
Disliked: When I called the hotel to get information, I asked who I was speaking with as I like to address the person I'm speaking to by name, the gentleman wouldn't give me his name right away, as he continued the conversation , I asked again, and still he continued the conversation without giving me his name. While he was polite, he finally gave me his name. I just thought that was odd, that I had to ask more than once. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would stay again.

Liked: The breakfast was good and hot! There was more than usual to choose from! The pool was clean, the stay was comfortable!
Disliked: We had to change door key’s multiple times. Then I found out if the key touched your applet watch or cell phone it deletes it! Wow

Disliked: The space in the room is kinda small but would gladly have it small and clean then big and not well kept. Well worth the trade off
