Superb

Liked: I've stayed here a couple of times. It's a nice facility and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Homeless dumpster divers in the parking lot late at night.

Our stay was great and...

Liked: Overall, everything was great. Parking was great. There were many places we found to eat and we were close to the facility we were going to.
Disliked: I wish the chairs in the room where more comfortable and more then just 2. Just to be able to sit and watch TV.

Comfortable, convenient, cheap!

Nice hotel in bad neighborhood

Liked: Nice, clean hotel about a mile from Bates.
Disliked: Really bad town-- I would not stay here unless my child went to Bates. (We were there for a Colby regatta nearby.)
