Hampton Inn By Hilton Lehighton - Jim Thorpe

The Hampton Inn Lehighton - Jim Thorpe is conveniently located near the quaint town of Jim Thorpe as well as the entertainment venue of Penn's Peak. The hotel is not brand new, but has been maintained suitably. Complimentary breakfast was adequate with many selections available.

Liked: Easy access to Penn's Peak concert. Also took advantage of complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: The room was pleasant, but overpriced.

This is the second time I've stayed at this Hampton Inn and it was wonderful - clean accommodation and very nice staff.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all good.

Liked: I loved having a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Beds and pillows were wonderful.
Disliked: there was dampness in the carpet in room #324. We could not identify the source. There was no foul odor so maybe it was cleaned with a wet vac (and it was a drippy day).

Disliked: Attracts very low rent and loud clientele.The facilities have obviously never been updated since the property was built- which appears to be in the 80’s. Dirty carpets, old and never cleaned bedspreads, patched walls, etc

Great staff, clean, clean and...

Liked: The staff were amazing, made us and our doggie feel right at home. It’s a convenient place to Jim Thorpe and the many surrounding trails. The breakfast was good as was the popcorn and cookie snacks. The biggest positive was by far all the great staff.
Disliked: Room for improvement starts with the beds…no mattresses helpful. Our biggest issue was the fact that there was roof maintenance going on for two days which started around nine and ended at five.c wanting to relax our room was not very relaxing with the horrendous noise.
