We had a nice time...

Liked: I liked how hard the staff was working to make things happen. I just don’t think there were enough of them for the hotel being totally full.
Disliked: There were never clean pool towels. We ran out of toilet paper. They were out of complimentary or paid for toothbrushes. We booked a king bed with a sofa bed and did not get that room. We paid for the sofa and should have gotten that.

Good stay once I was...

Liked: Comfy beds. Endless hot water for a relaxing bath. Good selection for continental breakfast. All appliances worked properly.
Disliked: I use a a cane and an oxygen concentrator. I requested a ground floor room while booking and got a message there was availability. But at check in, I was told there were none available. Getting the concentrator and all my other bags to the third floor was exhausting, even with the elevator. The handicap automatic door didn't work. Ugh

Clean and great staff but...

Liked: I liked the staff and the cleanness of the hotel. However our rooms said pull pullout couches and there wasn’t any and the beds were so uncomfortable. The size of the rooms were great and the breakfast was good but could be better. The staff was great though and let us have people over and eat at the tables it was fun!

Liked: Had s great time. Pool was warm and clean. There seamed to be two bigger bosses, possibly the Hotel Manager and the assistant..... The dude didn't seem to know much nor did he seam to care if we were happy or able to get working KeyCards even.... the female on the other hand was very helpful. She showed true compassion about our problem and was eager to help/solve any issues.... she even followed me to my room 3 times to let me on and show me what I may have been doing wrong.....
