Liked: The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I really appreciate the special ADA handles in the room.
Disliked: I wish there had been a way to hang my clothes so they wouldn't get wrinkled.

Liked: front desk staff were great. lobby and pool was nie. breakfast one of better ones that I have ever had.
Disliked: USB ports in room were very loose. Desk lamp fixture was broken. Mattresses are tired and need replacing. The floors are wood and noise is a big problem if you are not on the fourth floor or you have noisy guests in room above yours. Footsteps from above can make for an unpleasant stay.

Liked: Very clean. Friendly staff. Good place to stay with kids. Great massage shower.
Disliked: Comforters too heavy for me personally. Team baseball players terrorize the pool area, so the pool was not really an option when they are there. This happens everywhere there are traveling sports teams staying.
