Liked: Very Basic, not like Hamption Inns around the state, but I realize the remodeling is the reason.

Disliked: Room was not ready. Check-in desk had sign noting current construction to finish in three days.Issues: Reception was unable to provide room keys , had to wait five minutes. “This happens every day about this time, something to do with system update.” It was 7 p.m. I would think updates would be scheduled at a more appropriate time. Lamp in corner by desk would not turn on. Husband finally discovered that it was without bulbs. Went to desk who provided bulbs. Turned out that bulbs were cool rather than warm, as the lighting was too bright! You would need sunglasses. Without the lamp, the corner was dark. Poor lamp choice—three lights but no way to only turn on one or two or to use a dimmer switch. Got in shower and conditioner was bone dry. Had to go without—should have grabbed a travel size in luggage, which was not in bathroom unfortunately. Electrical outlet at bedside table was not working. While moving phone charger to desk, noticed that horizontal brace leg was covered in what looked like construction dust. Entrance and bathroom flooring is dark gray and showed dried paint flakes—should have been properly cleaned. Bathroom faucet is mildly wobbly—needs to be better secured. There are paint splatters on bathroom mirror.This room should not have been given the green light for readiness. Because this is a “Hilton” associated property, I expected better, particularly for the price I paid!!
