Very good

Liked: Staff was amazing very helpful and friendly. They have a pet area with bags to make it easier for us.
Disliked: Only issue was we couldn't close curtains completely. Don't like that a good portion of window was uncovered. Felt exposed and we like to sleep in dark.

Uncomfortable

Liked: Paid through booking for a 3 person room but got a king size bed only, no additional bed for the third person. The hotel blamed Booking.com for selling a 2 person room as a 3 person room. No other solution was given besides having us buy an inflatable bed.
Disliked: Didn’t get any room service at all despite our asking to get it.

Enjoyable stay for a quick...

Liked: We came to Lafayette to check out the town in case my husband transferred here. The hotel's location was great, with lots of great restaurants close by. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. My boys liked the pool, and the breakfast was more than I was expecting.
Disliked: I didn't have any complaints about the hotel at all.
