Great option when you have...

Liked: Free airport shuttle, decent breakfast, comfy bed. Flexible with airport transfer times.
Disliked: Shuttle service wasn't easy to find, I arrived quite late at night and I missed the first one because I was walking around the airport trying to find where it goes from, then I has to wait for 20-30 minutes for the next one.

Overnight stay for an int’l...

Liked: Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and close to airport. Ample parking.
Disliked: Not much.

Our stay at the Hampton...

Liked: The hotel had everything we were looking for: cleanliness, the room design, staff was friendly, and the outdoor pool was great! Most of the properties around the airport area had indoor pool, which I understand can be year-round, but sometimes you just need a place to grab some sun. Lots of seating and lounge chairs. The only recommendation would be to have a couple of umbrellas for those who may want to sit outside without the rays.

So many things not working

Liked: The location, the pool, The staff
Disliked: The keyless system was broken, one of the elevators was broken, the ice maker on the first floor didn't make ice, we asked to have our room made up and it wasn't, The room was muggy and warm. The air conditioner didn't work well, the water saving shower head was more focused on saving water than actual function.

Great airport hotel!

Liked: We loved the staff we interacted with and the free shuttle service to/from the airport.
Disliked: The hotel was experiencing air conditioning problems but was working on it. Luckily, we were there to sleep before our early morning flight. So we showered and were comfortable sleeping. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have an early flight.
