Hampton Inn By Hilton Kinston

Not quite the Hampton Inn...

Liked: Location was central to many local attractions and next door to the visitor center so if you do have something planned you can go there and they will help you find something fun to do while visiting. The text upon arrival to see if everything was good was nice touch. Breakfast was good, however the sanitation rating of 88.5 was not comforting.
Disliked: Hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating. In my room there was water damage on the ceiling and the pool was disgusting, granted it is off season but still it is nasty, they could cover it or something. It was not pleasant to look out my window and see it. The door looked like an animal had scratched to get out. Only one elevator worked the entire weekend we were there.

Liked: Convenient to where I had work
Disliked: I had to ask for towels and the staff seemed to be bothered by me asking for two new towels as I had 2 nights to stay (There was only two towels and two wash clothes supplied). There was a mix up of the room, the original room was dirty upon my arrival.
