Disliked: My digital key did not activate. I parked in the rain and went to the desk. They said I was not checked in (I checked in with the Hilton app) and the DK did not work because 3rd party booking

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and warming, and the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The room was dirty, and the smell after the heat was on for less than a couple minutes was very concerning. In the bathroom on the towels were strands of hair that were not of mine and on the floor as well.It

Disliked: not enough pillows, the body wash was out, and the 2 towel minimum was not enough
