Liked: Bottom line we were charged about three times for this room Bookings.com website clearly explains the credit card given online is not going to be charged. We would pay when we arrive to the facilities so we arrived at the facilities. The card given online was charged, which is the American Express but that it would be taken care of ASAP they took the other card, which is the MasterCard. They charged that one so during the stay on the 24th, we notice we get a charge at our bank with a MasterCard and American Express credit card so this morning when we go to check out, they hand me the receipt and the charge was to the American Express so it was originally $207 which was supposed to be 157. I understand there was an incidental charge that would be refunded but Then on the MasterCard there was another $207 charge again the $50 incidental charge so this morning when we check out, they credit are supposedly credit the American Express only $157WHY? and then they recharge the MasterCard so we’re just waiting to see how much more was charged for that one room for one night I need to know who’s fault this was if it was Bookings.com or if it was the Hampton Inn in Kerrville, Texas. The booking.com account number is 268-0087 and then it’s got a travel agent number 009-6029732 at the very top guest folio number 81167689 I don’t know which number is going to identify us. We are Alfredo and Norma Villarreal from Del Rio Texas. Contact number is 830-719-1508. I need a call back as soon as possible. We need to straighten this matter out. This trip was for medical reasons. Don’t get me wrong. The hotel is beautiful. The room was beautiful very clean but the chaos on the chart was crazy. I don’t think we will ever stay there again or I should ask more questions to Bookings.com because that that you put on website that we will not be charged to the card that you all will have on file is not true. Hesitant to stay on next...
Liked: Good location. Usually clean.
Disliked: Check in...no one in building...no one at desk or visible for 18 minutes.Next night....children screaming and grandmother behind desk dealing with him while I am discussing a problem with account. Finally I had to wait and go to room as she "had hands full with child". Addressed next morning and drinks were added to wrong person account in room...just leave it she said. Difficult to correct. Not the usual professional friendly desk personnel as other stays at this hotel over years. Disappointing.
