We arrived after a 4 hour drive; the person at the front desk said the hot water wasn't working. But should be back on, they had someone working on it. Took a cold shower that night. Woke up, still no hot water, went to breakfast, the selection was very limited. Empty trays, bins, and they weren't filling anything up. Pool was not open, caution tape on the door. Fitness center was brand new - so new, the electrical setup was not compatible with the treadmills, so they weren't working. Left early and found a different hotel.
Liked: Room size.
Disliked: Breakfast; no hot water; pool was closed.

We were well fed but...
Liked: The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The place had a better than expected hot breakfast and items changed daily.
Disliked: There was damage to the bathroom that made our stay uncomfortable. Shower doors did not operate properly causing massive flooding on the floor that we had to mop up everytime we showered. The drain plug in the sink was also broken and unable to close to keep water in the sink. Bed felt like I was sleeping (I didn't!!) on a granite slab. This far outweighed the breakfast and cleanliness of the of the lobby and breakfast area. Staff did offer to change our room that first night but we didn't feel (at the time) like it was that much of an issue. We were wrong. We could easily had a better room at the Super 8!

If you love dirty places...
Liked: I liked the pool and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: They had no staff. We stayed for 3 days and didn't get room service one time or any new towels. Toilet paper had to be called for multiple times. On day 2 none of their housekeepers showed up and we were told we couldn't stay again. We can for a funeral with a bunch of family and we will never go back.

Relaxing stay for a quick...
Liked: Clean room, with extra towels. Accommodating for breakfast option, we out if the way to get me something for a medically restricted diet.
Disliked: The ice was not as good on the 3rd floor as it was by the front desk.

Disliked: One of the worst Hampton Inns I've ever stayed in. The bathroom shower head couldn't be adjusted, very little water pressure. The king bed was not at all comfortable. The heater n the room would run every 5 minutes regardless of the temperature setting. All in all not a great experience.
