Liked: Quality expected, probably average for the hotel included breakfast. But a good value, very traveler convenient.
Disliked: Need A/C in elevator.

Liked: The facilities were very nice .
Disliked: The attitude of the daytime front desk person. Not very friendly and acted as though I was bothering her.

Best hotel we have been...

Liked: It was very clean. Nice large room. Loved the room's doors were all inside. Breakfast set up was good.
Disliked: We had a backed up toilet in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not in until 9 am., still the clean up was done very well and the maintenance person was very diligent about the clean up. Corporate should find out why room 152 keeps having problems with that toilet.

Liked: Breakfast hours
Disliked: I saw a roach in the room, and the TV didn't work with poor reception and minimal channel selection. Had an issue with the key card not working so walking back and forth for absolutely no reason kinda frustrated me. Next to that it was okay.
