Liked: First staff member at the front desk was nice and pleasant. Imani.. and she was apologetic for the room not being ready and moved us to another room.
Disliked: Telephone sitting out and unplugged on the bed when we arrived, soap had been used and was laying out in the counter in the bathroom, looked like someone had been laying on the bed. Moved to a new room and the tv was unplugged and not working properly when we plugged it up. Someone came to fix it an hour (a hour later) but at that point it was a bad first impression. And as I was leaving, one of the staff members almost knocked me over as I was carrying my bags to the car. She walked right in front of me and never even broke her stride with me having all of the stuff in my hands. Rude!
