Not a Hilton member, and...
Liked: The staff is wonderful; Kyra is exceptional; and the breakfast was great. Walked out the door with “10/10 would stay again” feelings. It was perfect for my fam.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that I could I say I disliked about this property or the facilities. There was a plumbing issue with the hot water in our initial room but we were promptly changed into another room (hot water tested to run before the switch) and all was well. Managment was already aware, plumber called, and they were accommodating as they could be as I’m just passing through with my family.

Liked: The staff was nice and the location worked out great because I attend an event there.
Disliked: I have stayed at this location before, and the cleanliness was noticeably better during my previous visit. At first glance, the room appeared clean—the beds were made and seemed to have fresh sheets. However, I noticed a dirt ring around the bathtub, which raised concerns. Unfortunately, after our stay, both myself and the other guests experienced bedbug issues. This was extremely disappointing, and I hope management takes immediate action to address these concerns.

Liked: Location and staff were great
Disliked: Needs to be updated really bad. Chairs in the rooms are terrible. Everything looks really wore out. Some rooms had no hot water.

Superb
Liked: The location was perfect for the occasion. The hotel is what you would expect for a Hampton property. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: I did not appreciate the 3am text asking “How’s everything so far?” Very odd to send to guests who sre most likely sleeping…why disturb sleep?
