Warm Hospitality, Lackluster Facilities

Liked: The breakfast provided was satisfactory, but there was inconsistency in quality between the two days of our stay. The first day's breakfast exceeded our expectations, whereas the second day's offerings fell short. Consistency in quality would greatly enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Disliked: Having previously enjoyed a satisfactory stay at the Hampton Inn in Oxford-Anniston, we had similar expectations for our visit to the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville-Anniston. However, our recent experience fell short of our expectations. The facilities were disappointingly dirty and did not align with the representations in the pictures. Unfortunately, by the time we realized this, we were unable to cancel our reservation.
