Jinda, Yulee, visiting Jacksonville Metropolitan Park

The hotel was clean and the AM staff was so accommodating, they were wonderful. The room was clean and exactly what I expected. After the concert, when we were exhausted, we called for extra towels and were told to get them ourselves. The TV was broken. The AM staff made up for almost everything.

Liked: The morning staff was great, they almost made up for everything else. I cannot say enough great things about the AM front desk staff.
Disliked: The overnight staff is rude and not accomodating.

Very good

Disliked: It took a very long time to wash my hair and I couldn't wash it well at all because the pressure was so low. I dont truly know if it's the water pressure or the type of showerhead, but none of the settings on the showerhead were sufficient for washing my hair efficiently and well.

This is a great place,...

Liked: Very good buffet breakfast.The gentleman that checked me in on Sunday evening was very helpful, pleasant, provided excellent customer service.Tina did a great job with the breakfast buffet area.She was very pleasant and welcoming to everyone that was there.Location is <10 mins from Vystar arena!!
Disliked: Rm not dark enough in the morning.
