The hotel was clean and the AM staff was so accommodating, they were wonderful. The room was clean and exactly what I expected. After the concert, when we were exhausted, we called for extra towels and were told to get them ourselves. The TV was broken. The AM staff made up for almost everything.

Liked: The morning staff was great, they almost made up for everything else. I cannot say enough great things about the AM front desk staff.
Disliked: The overnight staff is rude and not accomodating.

Disliked: Well the property was well maintained however. I don’t understand paying for parking even though I had a handicap parking pass.,this is a rip off. I also believe I was lied to regarding an available room on the first floor. I have Hilton honors and it clearly showed that the room was available but the agent at the desk said it wasn’t cleaned. So why would they off me a room on the app if it wasn’t cleaned.,he lied but that okay we won’t stay there again.

We had a great time...

Liked: The location was fantastic! We went to Vystar Arena and this hotel was so close. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. There is a nice little bar/restaurant one block away that was great and delicious.
Disliked: no complaints

Liked: The location was great and we were so close to the water taxi which we used to get to the concert we were there for. The staff was super friendly, shout out to the guy originally from Woodville!!!
Disliked: We did not need the shampoo or conditioner was there was not a shampoo bottle and the conditioner was empty. Thankfully we brought our own but I am pointing this out for future guests.
