Liked: My reservation was canceled before I arrived. I tried to reschedule and there was no vacancies. Very disappointed.

Smelly carpets, room was dirty

Liked: Lobby area was clean but the room was dirty, carpet smelled bad, bathroom was not clean neither , hallways were dirty too. We arrived around 10:00 pm and the person in the front desk was not friendly at all. We didn’t ask for a change in our room because we were so tired and had a medical appointment early in the morning. Breakfast was not bad and morning staff were nicer. We need to travel frequently to Jacksonville to go to Mayo Clinic (which is NOT close to this hotel, it took us 30 minutes to get there) , definitely we’re not coming back to this hotel

Liked: We got a Mayo discount and that was very appreciated. We booked for our stay in two weeks and in May. Everything was great fir our first stay there. Didn't have far to to get to Mayo either.
