Worst Hampton Inn I’ve Stayed...
Liked: Well, nothing.
Disliked: At check-in, they couldn’t find my booking and just said it was “cancelled.” No call, no text, just one email sent an hour before I arrived (while I was driving). Staff didn’t try to help, just blamed me. Room was dirty, smelled bad, and the desk chair looked like it came from a dumpster. I emailed the GM, asked for a call, no response. Clearly, they don’t care. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns. This one is a hard no.

Liked: The check out was at 12pm
Disliked: House keeping was knocking on the door at 9:10am. There was black hair all over the shower and bed. The shower was Luke warm not hot at all. There was also a constant knocking sound while showering. Then house keeping came back knocking on the door at 11:15 so we got up to leave. The crazy thing is my first time staying here house keeping knocked on the door around 11:30. The staff sitting in the lobby doesn’t even greet the guest. HORRIBLE!!!!
