Clean and comfortable in Jackson...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and in a good location for us. The coffee and breakfast meant we started the day off well. Loved the rocking chairs in front of the fireplaces out the front too.
Disliked: There were roadworks happening so it made finding the hotel a little tricky but we managed.

Disappointing

Liked: Close proximity to town and Grand Teton.
Disliked: Bathroom dirty. Hair from previous guests in shower. Bathtub/shower floor was stained dirty. Paid too much for what it was. Rooms are poorly lit, bathroom very small. Not worth the money.

Disliked: After 14 days of checking out, I am struggling to receive incidental charges collected at the time of check in that ought to be refunded as soon as possible.What a pity?Why collect the charges if Hilton does not have mechanism to refund. The charges are insignificant but all along one has to remember, communicate and give all particulars of reservation for the mechanical person sitting somewhere online.Awful!!

Disliked: The building needs a severe update. Our bathroom was no bigger than a postage stamp. Very old and rundown.

Liked: The hotel hosted the kappa sigma fraternity ball attendees and their girlfriends.They took over the outdoor fire pit outside of the front of the building. They were drunk, noisy, and someone must have complained because the police were called in the early hours. When I asked about the night at the front desk, and told her I had gotten no sleep, she said that the hotel couldn't do anything.And then they behaved even WORSE the second night.
