I would never return to...

Disliked: There was no one to check us in. Sign at counter said they were helping another customer. My wife heard them chatting in the laundry room. They were there for over 15 minutes. I also called the inn but no one answered the phone. By the time they returned other customers were in line also. No apology. She was the assistant manager.

Liked: The staff was friendly, but the room was dirty. The toilet had stains, probably not cleaned between guests, and the rug left black marks on my white socks.
Disliked: Specifically, the toilet was dirty with a black ring around the bowl and stains under the rim. The towels were gray from use and age. I always wear socks when in a hotel room (not bare feet) and my white socks were black after just a couple of hours in Room 303
