Hampton Inn By Hilton Houston/Stafford

Stayed here twice and will continue every time we attend a Stafford Centre event.

Liked: Arrival cookies were very good. Breakfast was very good, clean, and well organized. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevator on one end of the building; pretty good hike to some of the rooms.

From when we first checked in until we left after a 2 day stay, every employee that we met at the desk or passed in the halls had a smile for us. Our room was fresh and clean with plenty of soft towels. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were also fresh and clean. Breakfast in the morning and the 24 hour coffee bar was a nice treat. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it as well. Keep up the great job!

Liked: The Hampton Hotel didnt live up to it's name in Stafford Texas on Technliplex Dr. My 37th Anniversary was ruined. The setting was very un like The Hampton Hotel my family enjoyed last year. The request to add a welcome and greeting for Mt wedding anniversary, was not provided although promised. The room was very simular to the $55 room i turned down at another location on other visits. The Hampton that I'm familiar with, was nothing like this. $112 plus $100 deposit instead of the $50, this jist wasn't worth it. I look forward to having my day again, in a more elegant setting. I would like a complimentary credit for another Hampton experience that my family enjoyed with the Hampton family. Thank you for time and consideration. My gift fr9m my fam8y Mrs Sledge

Disliked: I had to ask for a different room because as we enter the room it stink a combination of mold and tabaco and the flors were really bad not what I have expected at Hampton before
