I loved the guys who drove the shuttle but otherwise I don't think I will return to the hotel.

Liked: Very large rooms and a nice shower for people with mobility issues. Also the shuttle service for near the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: No ice; no way to get to the airport except a very expensive car service.

Great deal on a clean...

Liked: Clean quiet room with a good light locking shade. Bathroom and room was clean. Great value for the price and right where we wanted to be downtown.

Superb staff, comfortable stay, convenient...

Liked: The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect for convention center business. You get free breakfast and the rooms were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!
Disliked: Nothing honestly.

Very good

Liked: It was a block from the Minute Maid park and made it extremely convenient to walk to some great restaurants, walking trails, and entertainment. The staff were extremely helpful and kind the free breakfast had everything your heart could desire!
