Incredibly Friendly Staff.

Liked: Front desk reception was incredibly friendly and happy. I usually move right past front desk through the remote key checkin and I was on my way when they were so friendly offering water and cookies. Cookies that were really good. They had well stocked fruit and coffee. Thank you so much.
Disliked: Ugh the beds feel like full size, just seem a bit small when we are expecting queen.

Bad experience

Liked: The room reeked of cigarettes and some other musky smells. Didn’t give us enough pillows and bedding was not comfortable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working so it would get hard to breathe while taking a shower. We stayed for 2 nights and we couldn’t sleep at all the 2nd night because my daughter has asthma and she couldn’t breathe so we ended up checking out sooner than we wanted to. Overall a very bad experience for a pretty costly hotel. One thing is for sure that we will never book at Hampton Inn anymore.

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Small commode in room. No way to pull myself up. Need more handrails in shower. Bed mattress needs to be changed has a dip in it.

Disliked: Did not realize that booking was thru 3rd party. No discounts accepted, unable to change reservation. Room was not clean and did not appreciate not having room cleaning daily. Will not book at Hampton again!!

Liked: Hotel was very clean! Free breakfast was delicious!! AC in the room worked amazing and shower had amazing water pressure! Overall a very nice quiet stay. Staff was very pleasant and super nice! Would definitely stay here again!
