Liked: Safe location and clean. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Check in went horribly and then got worse with the room being charged erroneously 3 times for the room in a row on several different cards trying to pay for a room we already paid for and had showed up with confirmation email stating it was paid; but clerk still claiming none of them were showing valid, and you might think that deserves a poor score. But the manager recognized the error when she came in that next morning and preemptively handled the situation and resolved absolutely everything before we even made it to breakfast. While we would have loved to avoid the first part, people make errors and it was comforting to know it was handled without us having to participate or ask for it. The staff really was very kind to us throughout all of it. And the manager is extremely professional and caring about her guests!
