Liked: The hotel itself doesn't sit in the prettiest situation. It's right next to an interstate and behind a car dealership. However, it is so convenient to everything! There's a shopping center with grocery shopping, a Starbucks, gas stations, restaurants. I really appreciated where it's situated and what's available close by. It's also along the river, which is nice. It's also very clean, well kept, there is food available for purchase that can be heated up in a microwave, as well as snacks and nonalcoholic drinks. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel has a great vibe. This may sound strange, but one thing I noticed when I'm staying in a hotel is the window shades. This had the type that you roll up and down with a chain, and it had the type that obscure's yet lets in lots of light as well as blackout. I really appreciate that. I only stayed for one night, and it was for work, and it was exactly what I wanted. Great hotel. Actually better than I expected.
Disliked: In the previous, "what did you like" box, I mentioned the location. The only reason I'm saying that is because I just wanted to prepare people to not expect too much regarding the surroundings. For me that was not a problem because everything else was excellent and what I wanted.

Disliked: The staff was not helpful at all. They never greeted me and they actually tried to avoid eye contact whenever I walked in the building. The breakfast wasn’t good. The garbages in the common area were always overflowing.
