Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t very clean

Liked: Location to the interstate. The breakfast is excellent.
Disliked: Parking was full and several guests had trailers occupying multiple parking spaces.

Extremely disappointed

Liked: The bed was co.fortable
Disliked: There were no luggage carts... no internet... no TV service, except in the lobby for staff to watch ... hole in floor in front of commode with broken tiles laid across it... 1 of 2 computers in business area turned on for use except no internet for the one to be of any use. Needed to print business doc and couldn't because of this and printer doesn't work any way... told by staff to use my own phone service for internet... they did offer to let me send them an email for them to print, except the doc I needed contained sensitive information so I couldn't do this... very disappointed in a Hilton property being this poorly run... I paid double the price of surrounding properties because I thought it would be worth it... I now have stupid written across my forehead

Comfortable but need scent free...

Liked: The staff was great and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and very convenient.
Disliked: Too many air fresheners. One of my party has asthma and 2 are sensitive to scents. It was immediately noticeable when we came in. If there are no smoking rooms there should be scent free rooms as well. We unplugged the one we could.
