Very disappointed

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast wasnt handled well. Each morning there was almost not food when we went down. First morning we went down at 8 and there was no coffee, barely any food, and mutiple people were without food. The "cook" was not keeping any food or coffee up to stock. The second morning, same deal, but we went down at 7 and there was no coffee, barely any food again, and my girlfriend got hot water for tea, but it tasted like old stale coffee. The water container was not rinsed out. The trash cans on all floors and outside of hotel were over flowing. Very disgusting enviornment. Overall, will not be staying here again.

The hotel was not located...

Liked: The hotel location was about 1000 miles from where according to booking results claim it was. The hotel was listed on booking as being located in Hastings Minnesota and was actually located in Hasting NE. I want my money back since it was your computer error that mixed up the hotel locations.

Liked: The guy who checked us in was really nice the rest were like the water luke warm

Liked: The room and bathroom were large. Had plenty of room.
Disliked: We like the room on the cold side while sleeping. Couldn't get that accomplished the 2nd night, ( a/c wouldn't come on). Ended up turning the heat off, which resulted in the fan not running. Due to that, air wasn't circulating.
