Unnecessary hassle for a simple...

Liked: It was clean. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: That no one seemed to understand I needed to book ONE additional night on to my already paid night. Talked to three different staff at the property trying to book ONE additional night. I was called while sleeping to come check out. Had spoken to reservations staff prior to arriving at the property, the manager upon arriving, another staff upon arriving that we needed one additional night. They still didn’t get it right. Called us to come check out, argued with my husband, manager barged in our room because staff that said we didn’t have another night failed to mark it off the booked rooms report and he was coming to check to see if it had been cleaned. All in all, it was ridiculous and unnecessary how a simple thing like booking ONE additional night was this hard for the staff here. Note to self, if I need to book another night? I’ll just check out and drive across town to another property.

Liked: Easy on off highway
Disliked: The pool was disgusting with algae floating in the pool and smelled horrible

Liked: The location was perfect. The hotel and room were clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: There was no closet in the room.

Short and sweet day

Liked: Staff was super friendly, very clean hotel
Disliked: The pool was very cold.Bed was super uncomfortable. Ended up having back pain when we woke up.

Overall it was good.

Liked: the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good. It varied a little each day.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the breakfast area or in the rooms. Our air handler made a noise when it cam on.There were only 2 luggage carriers. So when we left. I had to make 5 trips to load the car.
