Liked: This facility was very impressive! Beautiful design, excellent products, very comfortable and exceptional clean. This will be my choice when I?m in PA.

Disappointing

Disliked: Asked if I wanted room service. For next day. I said yes. Room service was not done and they were rude. And not accommodating we had to ask for a clean room. They offered no help and did not apologize. Very rude Breakfast had no low sugar options and no protein except eggs which smelt foul

Excellent place to stay

Liked: Location was close to highways and food options, but it was still quiet. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was an oval street out front to walk around to get fresh air. Very close drive to everything including a drive through Starbucks. Price point was competitive and if it stays the same I'm definitely going to stay here again. I felt comfortable with the level of cleanliness of my room and it was easy to avoid common areas and sharing elevators with stairs on each side of the building. They left hand sanitizing wipes in the room and provided hand sanitizer in the lobby.
Disliked: The thermostat in the room ranged from 66-72 degrees no matter what it was set to. It would freeze down to 66 and then turn off and heat up to 72, which with the thick blanket they give you is way too hot. There was no constant temp, so I was either freezing or roasting in my room which did not make for a good night sleep for me. Since Covid is going on they had to pair down their breakfast options to pre-packaged carry-away food. It was all sugar-laden food such as bars or packaged muffins and zero protein or fresh fruit options. There was packaged oatmeal but nothing to add to it except hot water. There was no low-sugar, high-protein option that I look for in the am. Luckily, there's a drive through Starbucks nearby that had what I was looking for. Other visitors were not wearing masks in the hallways.
