Liked: Good bed(s) in room 214, everything is clean. For USA fairly extensive breakfast.
Disliked: Showering in a slippery tub with a shower curtain I'll never get used to, but that's typical USA.Not a cheap hotel.

We enjoyed our comfortable stay...

Liked: The staff were all friendly and approachable. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The room was comfortable and clean. I used the hot tub and the exercise room and both were adequate. The extra pillow and blanket provided in the closet were both used and great to have.
Disliked: The super soft pillows are uncomfortable to me. I would prefer that the hotel invest in smart TV's so we can watch what we like. There was some noise at night up after 10 pm with children running around.

Excellent and hope to have...

Liked: Everything was exceptional. A uniquely positive customer service of our stay was that there was ALWAYS a staff person at the front desk and appreciated the cheerful greetings and just knowing someone was right there for us!

Liked: Location and staff are amazing.
Disliked: The layout of the room is odd, the placement of the bathroom, and design of the sink. When hand washing or tooth brushing water naturally flows onto the counter.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Rooms are only cleaned every other day. No clean towels. One roll of toilet paper. Tara at front desk was very rude. Hallways were noisy. Walls were thin.
