Bad customer service

Disliked: They never swapped my dates over at Hampton Inn after confirming the date change with booking.com. when arrived, they said we were a no show and canceled room and charged me. We are still fighting to get refunded for their mistake!

Liked: The staff was friendly and the property was clean.
Disliked: The bed was hard, not very comfortable.

It was Awesome.

Liked: All the staff at tge hotel is delightful . They made sure I was comfortable. No one bothered me after I checked in. I enjoyed my TV and had a nice relaxing time to myself. What a nice treat that was.
