Liked: The rooms were exceptionally clean, neat, and comfortable. Everything in the room was new and spotless, and the overall room size was perfect for our stay.
Disliked: The ventilation system in the washroom was not working.Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide complimentary parking, and we were charged $22 CAD per night for using their parking facility.

Not great, will not return...

Disliked: I was traveling with 3 children, 2 who were in car seats, I've never experienced where I had to park away from the parking area to register before parking. This resulted in having to remove 2 children from car seats twice which was very stressful at 10:00 pm.Also, there was no mention of a parking fee of 20.00 which is a ridiculous amount. Considering the poor location of your hotel, one would guess that parking would be free to compensate. Although I was happy that breakfast was included, it was quite disappointing. More egg selections would have been good. Also the waffle section was good, however, a hand washing area would have been helpful for the sticky hands I had to deal with. I've stayed in many hotels accross ontario and this was the most disappointed visit I've had.
