Unacceptable for price

Liked: Some of the staff were friendly, courteous, and glad that you were their guest.The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the staff were rude. Some of the staff were observed smoking less than 10 feet from the main entrance. Saw two different kinds of insects in our room.Only one elevator was working, the other one was constantly jerking, and the inspection certificate was out of date.Waste containers in the room had no liners, were very dirty, and had a bad odor.

Elevator being out major hassle...

Liked: The pool was good. The breakfast was good. The view was good.
Disliked: The elevator was out major hassle. The room was needs some updating the ceiling looked like water damaged or mold. The room was handicapped we booked room back in January. Although not a big deal a difficult shower being over 6 feet.
