Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: Elevator was to slow and need air conditioning in the hallway on the 4th floor

Liked: Pretty lobby .. very good breakfast.. very sweet staff
Disliked: The beds were terrible …my granddaughter and her husband went home a day early..first Hampton inn I have stayed in with bad beds.. only one elevator working .. Ice machine not working had to buy bags of ice

Liked: didnt end up staying there
Disliked: the fact they gave our room away. I arrived with a family of five for a baseball tournament. I was supposed to check in Wednesday night but did not make it, because I broke my toe. So, we showed up Thursday about 12 noon to found out they cancel my whole booking. This was unheard of. We luckily found a room elsewhere to accommodate us. My grandchildren were fearful we were going to have to sleep in the car.

Liked: The staff was great. The property is neglected and it shows. DIRTY gross couch, broken elevator, leaks in the lobby, rotten fruit in the bowl in the breakfast area…YUCK.

Disliked: They had water leak and moved us to another hotel. Did not like it .I will stay at the here again. I was disappointed we had to leave though it was not the hotels fault.
