Liked: The lady at the front desk on Friday night was very nice and tried to offer a solution, however there was not much she could do. In the end she did refund the cost of my stay.
Disliked: I checked in around 4pm on Friday. I was given room 303 with a king size bed. The room was good. I used the bathroom around 7pm when I was getting ready to take a shower and turn in for the night as we had an early flight to catch. When I opened the faucet, black water came out, I flushed the toilet and the same thing black water, I turned the water in the shower and the same thing more black water, I called the front desk and reported the problem, to which they told me that they had done some maintenance work on their water system. The lady at the front desk instructed me to let the water run for at least 5 to 8 minutes and that it would be ok, I did as I was instructed, but the water did not get much better. I continue to run the water for almost 30 minutes in the bathroom sink, shower and toilet and it did not get much better. At around 8:30, I collected some water in a bucket from the shower and took it downstairs to the front desk to show them that the water was not cleaned. Well, we were not able to take a shower, or use the water to clean our face. I was not able to shower until we arrived at our destination late at night.
