Disappointing

Liked: The staff was great and accommodating! Especially the guy on late shift and the night audit guy (sorry I didn’t get their names). Except when I checked out. I was charged $20 for late checkout bc I used booking.com even though I was Hilton honors member.
Disliked: I was not able to stay in my first room assigned it was pretty worn out and gross. And seemed like the whole third floor smelled. Like old water or something maybe a wet dog. Water stains in room and mold

Disliked: The booking website said that they had a hot tub. No hot tub at this place so we were disappointed 😔

Liked: The location was great. The space for the suites was great for our large family. The bed was FANTASTIC and the a/c kept us cool all night!
Disliked: The breakfast was okay. While there were omelets, chicken (?) sausage, and grits for hot options, none of them appealed to many of us. They are more southern options, so it would be nice to have just egg & cheese omelets, regular sausage, etc. as options.
