Disliked: Hot water didn’t work or either it was just lukewarm

I was very disappointed because...

Liked: Breakfast and some amenities like coffee but they had fresh water and cookies but did not see the water or cookies the rest of my stay
Disliked: The was not able to provide me with a connecting room that I requested and the the king size room had a weird smell. I also found trash and toys underneath the bed room was not being requested to clean during my entire stay the Jacuzzi was not in operation and it was not a wide variety of breakfast options

Family wanted to swim and...

Liked: It was ok
Disliked: Pool was nasty never got the chance to get in pool when clean bunch of kids in there

Liked: The room was very clean ad had all essentials. The breakfast was complimentary and very good. The staff from the front desk to the kitchen very professional.
