Disliked: My bed was uncomfortable and it was hard and the room had a strong chlorine smell.

Liked: Perfect location near Grand Rapids. Front desk staff were sp very friendly and hrlpful.

Liked: I liked how close it was to stores and restaurants. Several places were within walking distance.
Disliked: We rented two rooms. They were supposed to be adjacent or connected. One of the rooms was so filthy that we asked for a new room. There were no more rooms near each other and my teenage kids had to stay down the hall. The breakfast ends an hour before checkout so if you are getting your stuff packed before checkout, you miss breakfast. The view from the window in both rooms was just of a cement wall to the building next door. The pool was so over chlorinated that it was too cloudy to see the bottom.

Liked: Finally, dark roast coffee! Big win..Also appreciate oatmeal and fresh fruit. Soy milk would be fantastic.
Disliked: Windows don't open, so no fresh air. Heating/cooling unit blows, causing a constant draft and hum. It's tolerable but my least favorite thing about these rooms.
