Liked: Location, breakfast
Disliked: Some confusion and inability to change rooms and to add Hilton points for stay. Told because booking.com wouldn't add my points nor could we upgrade to another room. Pool not available and no one explained reason.

Disliked: Room has ashes in the window sill, and window opens. Should be labeled a smoking room.

Liked: Location is good and the price was very reasonable
Disliked: The room was very dusty. The bathroom still had pink cleaner on the back of the toilet and I could see something that had dripped down the front of the bowl of the toiletst. The tub had rust on it and there was obviously a clog in the drain as I was standing in at least 4 inches of water the whole time I was taking a shower. They ceiling had some major water damage as well. The sink was not clean and the floor had red stains.

Liked: It was clean everything worked well. The service was excellent.

In need to room updates....

Liked: I did not like this property.
Disliked: Rooms are very run down, bathrooms truly unacceptable. I was very disappointed with this particular Hampton Inn.
