Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Every type of breakfast food you could want, and they even had some gluten free options.

Liked: Cleanliness; quietness; breakfast.

Very dissapointed.

Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: I was really disappointed with my stay. I paid extra for a balcony, but there wasn’t even a chair out there. When I asked the staff about it, no one seemed to know if they even had one to give me. They said they’d get back to me, but never did.There were also bugs in the room, and the air conditioner was so loud that my daughter had to turn it off in the middle of the night just to get some sleep.To top it off, Hilton has been calling me repeatedly about my stay, but every time I answer, they immediately hang up. I guess that’s their way of pretending they “tried to follow up,” without actually speaking to me.For the price and the Hilton name, I expected a much better experience.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean and toilet was spacious. The location was also central.
Disliked: For the standards of 3-star hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the overall standards. It felt like a budget hotel. The location of the hotel, even though central, didn't feel the safe. The lobby looked very shabby, the staff were not really helpful and there were no proper utensils or cutlery for breakfast.
