Disliked: After paying and booking through booking.com I arrived to the property and was denied access to my room because the hotel said I didn't pay for the room I showed multiple receipts and I even had booking.com call the property to tell them yes the room was paid for. The supervisor at the front desk told me I should of been better prepared and there was nothing she was going to do to help me get the situation figured out. I was left in the parking lot for Over 3 hours on hold with no solution to the problem and was finally told my booking to just book a room somewhere else but I didn't have the extra money to do that since I had already booked this room. The supervisor at hampton was extremely unprofessional and made many very rude comments telling me multiple times it wasn't her problem. I will never use booking again for any properties and I will absolutely never stay at a hampton inn again. I'm disgusted by the lack of customer service from both sides.
