Liked: I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

It was convenient and clean.

Liked: We did not eat breakfast here. I liked ability to access parking lot by side entrance.
Disliked: The length of the survey.

A clean and comfortable hotel...

Liked: Lovely facility. Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

The staff from the front...

Liked: breakfast was adequate. fresh fruit was over ripe and bruised the first day. Improved after that. All the prepared options were highly salted.
Disliked: A clock in the room would have been great. Also an addition chair or small bench next to the bed to put a cell phone flashlight and other objects to have handy in the middle of the night would be great.

Disliked: Our room smelled musty, and the shower head was broken

Quick Spring Break Getaway

Liked: The staff here were super friendly, kind, and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, and the location was great! There are a lot of nice shops and restaurants around the hotel, and it is conveniently located to Letchworth State Park, which is an absolute gem! The two queen beds in the room we paid for were comfortable, and the overall layout of the hotel was easy to navigate.
Disliked: The furniture was quite old. For example, the office chair was all torn and frail. The pull out bed on the couch in our room was so overused that I could actually feel the bar going into my back as I laid on it. The furniture in the dining room where we ate breakfast was very dirty and warn. The hotel should consider replacing the furniture, especially in the dining hall. The pool and hot tub both needed to be cleaned, and the walls and curtains in the queen suite we paid for could use some TLC, too.
