Liked: Location provided easy access and exit to freeway. Staff was exceptionally nice
Disliked: Needs to be updated. Shabby furnishings, linens, stained and worn carpeting, dusty/dirty behind the tv console and mini fridge that barely cooled anything I put in there. Very uncomfortable bed that made noise every time we changed position during the night. Noisy heating and cooling unit

Liked: Friendly staff and a comfortable place to stay
Disliked: That the view was Walmart lol. But that’s fine.

Exceptional

Not what we have come...

Liked: Ok nothing special. You do a lot better job at most other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. .
Disliked: Up dated decor in room. Was not up to normal standards for Hampton. No Spa (HotTub) Pool was cold. Bathtub was dirty (nasty) toilet was very low to sit on. Didn’t even have facial tissues. In the dispenser.

Pleasant

Disliked: Outdated farmhouse decor. Rooms need updating with modern conveniences like walk-in shower (no tub), clothing hooks, cell phone wall mounted tray and k-cup coffee maker.

Exceptional

Liked: Easiest check in and out ive ever had. The lady working when I checked in was absolutely fantastic and the young man working breakfast over the weekend was so helpful, and pleasant to talk to! Truthfully, this was probably the best hotel experience I've had in the last 2 years and I travel a lot for work...
