Disliked: was there for 3 nights was told the 2nd day my room would be cleaned but nothing got done and when I asked the desk, they said everybody had gone home for the day. I need a toilet paper and he said everything was locked up and he gave me a used roll SAD

It was a very good...

Liked: The breakfast was one primary reason, along with location, for us to stay here. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. The facility appeared to be very clean and the accommodations were excellent.
Disliked: The breakfast area was a little crowded but manageable and I appreciated the two different kinds of waffle makers. The parking lot area had a large spot of what appeared to be spilled soft drinks which created a sticky mess - needed to be hosed down.

Disliked: Overpriced Also I picked this hotel as in the ad it said they had a shuttle to the cruise port but they didn't.
