Liked: The staff was very friendly. The room was good. We got in a bit late and very tired, so it was nice that the lady at the front desk gave out free bottled waters. I was happy to have a work-out room to use.
Disliked: We were there during a time of renovation, so there were many things needing work and getting worked on. I was happy to have breakfast included, but it only had half of the items that were supposed to be there.

Liked: It was very clean, organized, great staff, good breakfast, comfortable and safe.
Disliked: They just did renovations, so unfortunately, the pool was closed.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, convenient to interstate highways and shopping. Very close to Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park.
Disliked: Even though our room had a walk in shower, the toilet was only 13” high. NOT comfort height for anyone over 60 or with knee or back issues.
