Disliked: DirtyTrashy people I had to leave 2 days early for an emergency and I basically lost 600$ as they couldn’t help me with refunding and neither have you at booking.comVery very unhappy with the lack of customer service

Disliked: When we arrived we checked in and the front desk lady wouldn’t let us in because we were 18. However they already let us pay for the stay and never had any posting on age restrictions.

Disliked: Lack of attention from the cleaning crew: sheets missing, shampoo and conditioning not refilled, slow drain in the shower (we cleaned the hair)

I expected more

Liked: Definetely the location on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space. 2 chairs on the balcony.
Disliked: In the hotel description it says the beach chairs and umbrellas are free but you have to pay on the beach. There's a discount for the hotel guests (I paid 34.00 for an umbrella and 2 chairs for the day). Breakfast was ok but far from good. The room was moisty and needed renovation. Towels are not changed and room cleaned everyday. For 4 people using the room that was not good. We had to use the chairs on the balcony to have dry towels the next day.
