Liked: The hotel failed to accommodate me for an extended hours ! my plane left at 9 o’clock at night. We had to exit by 11 so I was at the airport for 10 hour in my book that is unacceptable when I paid $130 a night for five days straight on another note, the breakfast is the same breakfast every day I didn’t like that either déjà vu

Disliked: The facility it self is beautiful and clean. It also smells nice my only complaint is the pillows are too soft and their aren’t enough. But other than that my stay was perfect

Not as advertised—hidden parking fees,...

Liked: The gym didn’t open until 6 AM but it was nice. The breakfast was pretty standard for a Hampton so it was good.
Disliked: Hidden parking fees. Rude staff—all 5 of the ones I met seemed to be miserable people (except one guy who was pleasant but he seemed new). The big issue was the hassle after a long day of travel. Hampton Inn’s are usually pretty reliably good and they are hard to beat when you can check in on the Hilton app, get a digital key, and go straight from your car to your room. That’s what I was expecting when I chose this hotel over the many other options. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to stop at the front desk to get checked in and get the digital key activated—which was really only necessary so they could charge me for parking and give me a parking pass (causing me to go back out to the car while also trying to manage luggage and my daughter). I would’ve chosen a different, and cheaper option, if I had known.
