Liked: N’est the port for our cruise and restaurant around
Disliked: We had an issue with the price but it was fix at a later date

Good and comfortable

Liked: We were able to book quickly when our flight was cancelled. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: Breakfast ended at 930 which is too early.

Pleasant

Liked: The room and location were OK. While searching for hotels close to the airport, I was under the impression that the shuttle bus to/from airport was free. Turns out it wasn't and cost 20.00. When we got to the hotel, the front desk gentleman(Abdul I believe he works 3 to 11) was extremely helpful and accommodating. The TV in the room was not working properly so we called and they put a new TV in. Everything else was fine until the morning of our check out which was 7/15. There was a water pipe issue that caused the water to be shut off while being fixed. This is something that was out of the hands of the hotel as things like this happens. I was disappointed because no one informed us as to what was going on. We found out something was wrong with the water by turning it on and finding out it was not working. I felt the proper way to handle that would have been to notify each customer to inform them.
Disliked: The water situation and the way it was handled.

Awful room stay...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room 417 was without fan in the bathroom so it became really hot and misty during a shower. The tub kept filling up with water during a shower and went out slowly. The inconvenience of paying for parking. The breakfast was not what was expected for a Airport Hotel. Ice machine ran out of ice during the evening hours. Hotel had bad smell. Unsatisfied with being informed of sofa bed and there's no sofa beds at this location ended up buying air mattress for room that was pictured. I would not stay at location again with such flaws. 2 nights was enough for my family at this location. Great location for food and entertainment nothing else.

Liked: Nice clean and close to restaurants and stores
Disliked: When booked it was free shuttle from airport. When got there it was $20 for the shuttle. Lady at front desk said it changed. Should have notified guests of this in advance.

Liked: Convient location.
Disliked: There was homeless people sleeping in the pool area at night. They left puke on the pool lounge chair.Our room they assigned us first had water in the floor tiles. They moved us into another room that had not been cleaned yet. The third room they put us in had no problems.
