Very disappointing

Disliked: I requested housekeeping to clean room twice room never got cleaned me and my family had to clean the room ourselves. I will be attaching photos. I did go to the desk first to ask for compensation for the inconvenience of our room not being clean. They informed me they were reached back out to me as of last Friday I still yet to hear from the hotel

Liked: The hotel was clean and had been renovated recently.
Disliked: The mobility accessible bathroom was not accessible. Although it had grab bars and a handheld showerhead, there was a tub rather than a shower. There was no bench or shower chair, making it inaccessible. We were told that only rooms with a king-size bed have roll-in showers. This is an unfortunate oversight for guests who travel with friends or family. Be aware of the pet policy and the $75 non-refundable deposit.

Liked: Not much honestly, The breakfast was great and Rick was wonderful
Disliked: the horrible smell of death and rotting flesh from the elderly gentleman in Room 219 that was taken off by ambulance half was through our stay and the manager said he had been there for a month with a amputation that no one was taking care of. We had to change rooms 3 times to try and avoid the smell. I couldn't check out and go to another hotel as my money was tied up there. and was NOT offered a full refund. I was offered some Hilton points. Gee thanks
